Do We Need to Grade Teachers? 
Connector or Breaker of Communication?
                Nowadays, real enhancement in educational aspect is being questioned by society. Society does believe that there are some problems in system education which are giving barrier toward students, so their developments and improvements in education are restricted. As a matter of facts, 95% of society believed that communication is the primary problem which has been obstructing the development in education itself. Two big statements are quoted; “Grading Teachers is the way to create a good communication, it’s an urgency to change students and teachers’ perspective “, otherwise another one is totally contrast; “We don’t need these grading idea. It will reduce students’ respect so they will not study seriously”. So which one is better, Connector or breaker?
                In this modern era, we believe that all the way of transparency and openness communication is not a taboo thing anymore. That’s why we may choose grading teacher for betterment in communication between students and teachers. Moreover, by opinions from all students, teachers may know how’s the best suitable condition for their students, so both students and teachers can create a good synergize in learning together. As a good result, teachers may have a reflection and students will give more respect. Evidently, when students love their teacher and teacher knows what student wants, it may improve the effectiveness of learning itself.
                In the other hand, some people think that giving grade toward the teacher will grant more harm than good. They believe that by giving teacher some assessment, it will reduce the respect of teacher itself. Once they also believe that teenagers especially students, are still labile ad cannot control their words. Worse, this kind of possibility can create misunderstandings between students and teachers, and as a result, there will be no good communication formed. Not only that, when the communication has been broken down, spirit of students for learning and teachers’ spirit to teach will be diminished. By seeing this kind of analysis, do we still need to grade our teacher?
                At last, grading teachers may be a good idea if we have a good mindset about it. However, without a good consideration, it will create domino effects. That’s why we need a good understanding from teacher and students, so we able to work together to reap success.

Disiang ini, saat ini, kumenatap cakrawala biru dari sepasang jendela kamar b III 4, terpapar jelas keelokan bumi tlogowaru, dengan beberapa bangunan (cukup) tinggi, dan tentunya, sebuah trademark kebanggaan SMA Negeri 10 Malang, Mercusuar.
