Thank God I'm still living untill now.

Ny. Soerjati - A Novel (Part 2)

            Senin, 23 Maret 2002             Senin. Hari yang kebanyakan orang bilang, terutama anak sekolah, sebagai hari awal penderitaan tak berujung selama 6 hari kedepan. Buku pelajaran berat seperti ipa dan ips membuat tas ini seperti memiliki gaya gravitasi lebih. Setelah disuruh ibu mandi, pun aku masih mengantuk, tak ayal ku kembali ke atas kasurku yang empuk, kembali berselubung selimut tebal yang membuat ibuku semakin gemas terhadapku. “Pang, ayo segera sarapan, nanti kamu terlambat sekolah.” Kata ibu seraya merapikan buku dan barangku. Ku hanya diam, sedikit menggerutu, tak kusahut kata-kata ibu.
